Where we ship
We ship to addresses in the United States, including PO boxes. We do not ship internationally at this time.
Cost
Shipping is free. The price you see per card is the price you pay; there are no shipping charges added at checkout.
When it ships
Your cards are made by hand and ship within 7 business days of the day you pay. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding US federal holidays. We email you when your order is on its way.
If for any reason we cannot ship within 30 days of payment, we will tell you and offer you the choice of waiting or a full refund.
Delivery time
Orders go by USPS. Most arrive within 2 to 5 business days of shipping. Delivery times are the carrier's estimates and are not guaranteed.
Wrong address
Please check the shipping address you enter at checkout. If a card is returned to us because the address was incomplete or incorrect, we will contact you and reship it once at no charge. We cannot replace cards that are delivered to an incorrect address you supplied.
Lost or damaged in transit
If your order has not arrived within 15 business days of our shipping email, or it arrives damaged, email [email protected] with your order number and we will remake and reship it free.
