Terms of
service.
Plain terms for a simple product: a custom NFC card, made by hand and shipped to you.

What you're buying
A physical NFC business card: white PVC, credit-card sized, printed with the artwork you supply or build in our designer, with an embedded NFC chip encoded with one web link of your choice. Tapping the card on an NFC-capable phone opens that link. There is no app, no account and no subscription, and we do not host or control the destination of your link.
Every card is made to order by hand. The on-screen preview you approve is a representation of the finished card, not a pixel-exact promise.
Ordering and payment
- Prices are shown in US dollars on the design page and at checkout, shipping included.
- Payment is taken in full when you place the order, through Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
- Before you can pay, you must tick the box approving your proof. We keep a copy of the proof you approved, the time you approved it and your IP address as the record of what you asked us to print.
- An order is limited to 100 cards. For more, email us first.
- We ship within the United States only.
Your artwork
You keep all rights to the artwork, logos, names and links you supply. By ordering you give us permission to reproduce them for the purpose of making your cards, and you confirm that you have the right to use them and that they do not infringe anyone else's rights or break any law. We may decline to print artwork we consider unlawful, hateful or infringing; if we do, we refund you in full.
Turnaround, shipping, refunds and remakes
Cards ship within 7 business days of payment. Because each card is custom-made, we cannot accept change-of-mind returns, but we remake any card free if it arrives faulty or does not match the proof you approved. The full detail is on the shipping and refunds, remakes and cancellations pages, which form part of these terms.
Limitation of liability
Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not responsible for the content of the link you encode, for changes you later make to where it points, or for indirect losses such as lost business. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including your rights under the consumer protection laws of your state.
Privacy
How we handle your details is set out in our privacy policy.
Changes and law
We may update these terms; the version shown at the time you order is the one that applies to that order. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, United States.
